Service SLA

We offer preferential rates and response times for clients who have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with us. We design each SLA to meet the requirements of each individual clients operational requirements and financial needs. Our SLA range from 6 months to 5 years. 

We engage the required sub-contractors where needed to ensure all aspects of the HVAC systems is incorporated in our SLA.

We also offer value added services with each SLA. These value adds will be tailored to suit each individual client.
